Coaches are simply facilitators.

Instead of trying to prescribe solutions for the players, we must do our best to guide them towards possible solutions by creating environments that ask for them.

They must learn how to seek space and then exploit it at all times.

Always interfering and showing them where it is and telling what to do once in it, will only hamper their vision and decision making.

The real magic unfolds when the players are the ones who are in control and the coach in a guiding role.
